Multiple sclerosis and vitamin D

Random controlled trial with 6,000 IU of vitamin D2

While the high-dose group did reach higher levels of vitamin D, there were no significant differences between the groups in regard to MRI changes.
The high-dose group actually had significantly more relapses and worse disability than the low-dose group at the end of the study
