Some studies suggest a relationship between childhood asthma and prenatal BPA exposure and one or two studies have suggested the opposite. We also know that low vitamin D increases childhood asthma too.
I wonder if in the studies which failed to show the positive relationship the children had higher levels of vitamin D. Hence it may be an interaction between high bPA and low vitamin D. If so one suspects that the vitamin D may be protecting against the effects of BPA exposure.
