Will there be any variation in vitamin D due to my present mental condition?

I am getting breast augmentation ( http://www.sliwinplasticsurgery.com/procedures/body-contouring/breast-surgery/breast-augmentation/ ) next month from a clinic in Toronto. I’m a kind of really scared of getting stretch marks on my new boobs. I don’t know how long after getting the breast implant will the tightness of the boobs go away. I have planned to get the silicone implant done as it’s said that they give a natural feel after the surgery. Has anyone done this procedure? I am really anxious and worried about the recovery time. Will there be any variation in vitamin D due to my present mental condition which is causing me severe muscle pain and weakness? Any advice/ suggestions regarding this is highly appreciated.
