Fortifying breakfast cereal with 200 IU might help -June 2016
Typically takes a century for govts to fortify food with nutrients (like vitamin D)
Low fat (e.g. skim milk) provides less Vitamin D – May 2016
Vitamin D – water-soluble is far more absorbable than fat-soluble – Nov 2016
Bio-Tech is the only company I am aware of that makes a non-liquid water-soluble form of vitamin D
Note
I have been home-fortifying my morning granola with vitamin D for several years.
5,000 IU of Vitamin D powder added to 1 gallon of milk should be great for kids
This sends an encouraging message to people around the world
