- Chemical fertilizers have far less Magnesium
- Far less Magnesium in bottled or softened waters
- 80% less Magnesium in refined wheat
- Magnesium blocked by increased use of Calcium supplements and Fluoride
- Little Magnesium remains after sugar is refined
- 80% less Magnesium in white vs brown rice
- Vitamin K2
- Cattle often now eat corn instead of grass
- Farmed fish have much less Vitamin K2 (Fish on farms typically are fed grain, not krill)
- Farmed salmon have 4X less vitamin D. Wonder about Magnesium.
- Omega-3 Fatty Acids
- Far less Omega-3 fatty acids from cows fed on grains than on grass
- Far more (bad) Omega-6 fatty acids from Corn, soy products
- Eat less fish, and farmed fish have far less Omega-3
- Omega-6 fatty acids trippled from 7 grams in 1909 to 25 grams in 1985

- Reduced calcium, magnesium , and iron in cabbage, lettuce, tomatoes, and spinach.
